We offer a variety of hat styles and colors, all made from 100% premium wool sourced from Bolivia. Our hats come in various sizes, including children's sizes.
What accessories can I add to my hat?
You can choose from bands, scarves, pins, ribbons, dried florals, lace, cards, feathers, and much more. We also offer branding and burning services for added personalization.
Can I watch my hat being styled?
Yes! When you visit us in person, you can watch as our skilled artisans style your hat right in front of you.
Ordering and Payment
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by visiting our website and selecting your desired hat and accessories. For custom hats, you can either visit us in person or schedule a virtual custom hat session.
What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards and online payment methods. Payment details will be processed securely through our website.
Can I book a private party?
Yes! You can book a private party by filling out the contact form on our website. We can bring The Hat Project experience to your location for a memorable event

Shipping and Returns
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. We use UPS or USPS Priority Mail for all shipments.
What is the shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping fee of $20 for all orders. Expedited shipping is available upon request and subject to additional fees.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping options.
What is your return policy?
Custom hats are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Non-customized hats can be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in new, resellable condition and in their original packaging.
